These gorgeous fire opals inspired our client to create a drop earring.
We began by cutting the opals to the desired shape. Once the desired shape was perfectly cut, we proceeded by sourcing fancy shape rose cut diamonds, which were fit for a queen!
Each bezel was meticulously carved by hand. Between the 18K Gold, diamond, and fire opal, the proportions are divine.
We finished them off by using techniques to darken and antique to the gold. These drop earrings became a birthday present to remember for a lifetime.
