This story begins roughly twenty years ago as Susan boarded a ski lift in Jackson Hole and in true Susan fashion, started a conversation. Little did she know that should would gain a client for life. Fast forward twenty years, our lovely client tasked us with creating a beautiful engagement ring with a unique twist.
Upon meeting with our client and his bride-to-be, we brainstormed over numerous design ideas and photos. The three below were the top of the heap.
While these options had little in common, we understood the client's wish for a beautiful colored stone set in a classic and timeless setting.
After more deliberation, our client landed on a classic three-stone ring design to surround a gorgeous pink Burmese spinel. This particular stone was extra sentimental as the bride-to-be once lived in Burma.
After designs were finalized, production began!
In production, no details are spared. Countless checks for balance, porosity, and many other things are always kept on top of mind. After creation came polishing, then Voilà! A future heirloom was made.
As you will see above, the 18 karat pink gold and platinum setting provides a stage for these stunning jewels to dance on the finger.
Once revealed to the client, this ring was a smash hit and helps us remember, always talk to your neighbor on the chairlift.
